Privacy choice
The site stores your privacy choice under the local-storage key epic-privacy-choice-v1 so it can remember whether optional appearance storage is allowed. Local storage is not technically a cookie. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies for the current visit but cannot be remembered.
Optional appearance preference
Only after you allow optional preferences does the site read or save the theme key in local storage. Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops and removes that saved preference; a saved theme is also removed when there is no valid choice. The appearance control still works for the current visit.
Form security
The contact and product-interest forms load Cloudflare Turnstile when you visit them, whether or not you allow optional appearance storage. Cloudflare may use browser storage and technical signals to check whether a submission is automated. The widget is not tied to the optional theme choice; its applicable legal basis and storage/consent treatment require owner/legal review. You can browse other pages without using these forms.
Authentication, fonts and technical delivery
Private sign-in UI is limited to the inbox and sign-in/sign-up routes, but a development-preview browser audit observed Clerk authentication-host requests and the cookie names __clerk_db_jwt and __client_uat on public pages. Cookie values were not inspected. These are preview observations only; the production cookie inventory and necessity classification are unverified. The global server middleware and client SDK setup mean the absence of a visible sign-in form does not establish that no Clerk request occurs. Fonts are self-hosted on the site's own domain; the stylesheet makes no requests to third-party font services. Provider processing, cookie/local-storage behavior, roles, legal bases and transfers require owner review. The site does not intentionally configure separate analytics or advertising trackers; that does not classify provider or development-SDK requests.
Your choices
Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your optional appearance preference at any time. This preference does not control authentication infrastructure or form security. Their legal basis, consent requirements and storage treatment require owner/legal assessment; this notice does not classify public-page authentication requests as essential or exempt. Browser and hosting services may also use technical storage to deliver the site, which must be reviewed against the deployed configuration.
